Over the last five years, we have been the first to introduce Philadelphia audiences to Tracy Letts, Adam Rapp, Noah Haidle, Peter Sinn Nachtrieb and many exciting and nationally acclaimed playwrights. Next year, at Exile you will see four Philadelphia premieres. We will bring you another story from David Harrower, the author of our electrifying Blackbird as well as another tale from Martin McDonagh, the devious mind behind The Lieutenant of Inishmore. But we will also introduce Philadelphia to Annie Baker and Rajiv Joseph, two of the nation’s most exciting new playwrights. In addition, we will go to the next level of our Studio X-hibition Series, bringing you more new work grown in Exile and continue Paper Wings, our outreach program. It is going to be our busiest, our most challenging and our most thrilling season ever.
